Mixed feelings about Majolica Majorca Lash Enamel Glamour Volume On Mascara

I honestly can't make up my mind about this mascara, while there are many things I dislike about it, the things I DO like about it are pretty damned great.

For example, I hate that it purports to give spiky anime lashes. But I love that the lashes it does give me are so defined I can skip eyeliner and even eyeshadow on days I want to look more natural (*cough*aminatearinghurry*cough*).

Not obvious in the shot but it makes a difference!

I love that the mascara wand is a dual comb, one with wider gapped teeth to really slap the stuff on and a finer toothed end to comb it through. But I hate that this comb is damned near impossible to use on the left eye without making my lashes point slightly to the right. Not what you want really.

I hate that it's really hard to remove but I love that it lasts all day.

I love the shiny glossy deep black look it gives my lashes, but I hate that they dry stiff.

UPDATE: I hate that it takes forever to dry and I walk around afraid to sneeze or blink too hard for minutes after I apply but I love that it doesn't clump when I'm swiping a zillion coats on my lashes.

Two things I can't get reconciled to though. One is the price HKD119 (I think) is a little expensive and the second is its ridiculous name. Whoever came up with it was smoking something strong I tell ya...

LOL! This review tickled me funny bones! :P

But yeah, I get how you feel about loving and hating a product at the same time. I got one of those reviews coming up! :)

Not a fan of stiff lashes either, so I guess I'll pass on this one.

Rinnah: Somehow, when you can't make up your mind, the reviews are harder to write huh?

Kuri: It's not annoyingly stuff... just not nice and feathery either.

Dear! I am laughing with you trying hard not to sneeze, as it happened to me several times and I get mascara all over! LOL

I used to dislike this but after several tries, using the smaller comb first on the lashes near the roots and the larger toothed comb on the outer lashes, works for me :)
