Hellooo lovelies!
Man. I don't know about you, but it's been a hot hot week here with temperatures averaging about over 30°C in the last couple of days.
Eugh.
Anyway, I thought I'd keep today's post light and just pick your brains a little bit. Read on to find out what about. And why I've got a picture of Anna Paquin as Rogue (from the X-Men) on.
You see. Some of you might already know this (but now all of you are going to know), but I have a streak of white hair coming from the top of my forehead, and it's been there since I started working. No kidding. And I started working pretty young too.
You can't always see it because I have bangs now, which help camouflage the white streaks. And previously I've been dyeing it a dark brown as well, to hide it even more.
(Interestingly, my granny has a head full of pure white hair, and a streak that's stayed naturally black at the very same spot. Freaky.)
Anyhoo, I haven't been able to get it dyed of late, and the white is starting to show again. And comments of: "That's SO Rogue!" are back again.
People I meet generally fall into two camps. Some think it's uber cool, while others go, "You have WHITE HAIR?!?!?"
(This is the Rogue I remember from my childhood cartoons though. With my favourite X-Men - Gambit. Hawt.)
So what say you ladies? Should I embrace the Rogue in me? Dye it black? Dye it blue? Fuchsia? I wanna hear some crazy suggestions ladies.
Have a great weekend ya'll.

I'd dye it an ash blonde color... then it will really stand out but yet not look like a, uh... skunk... :P
I've always wanted to dye my hair blue, so I vote for blue! ash blond, etc. would be nice. I think it'd be a fun way to experiment with colors. If warm colors look good on you copper/burgundy are very nice too.
dye your hair a light color! light brown or dark blonde... without peroxide your dark hair shouldn't get too light and your white hair will pick up the color. should make a cool highlight! and your granny having the black in the same spot as your white is kinda freaky but very sweet too!
Blue! Like Kurl I've always wanted blue hair. I mean, blue-violet-indigo highlights.
Think it would be adorable to see a shot of you and your grandmother together; one sporting a black lock of hair and the other white.
I go with Connie's suggestion or you can do a salt and pepper look and mix up dark brown and grey. Sounds weird but a friend did it a few years ago and looked great.
Thanks for your feedback ladies!
Eli: Now that you mention it, yeah, it would be really cute to take such a pix. But that's gonna be a little hard. My granny's in the hospital right now, had another fall. Poor dear.
