Review: Neutrogena Oil-free Eye Makeup Remover

I can't believe that I have never reviewed this before. Ladies, meet my favourite eye makeup remover. I stocked up on what? 3 bottles of this when I was in Australia last year and am down to the last 1/5 in my very last bottle.

Sigh. I can feel withdrawal symptoms coming on.

Neutrogena's eye makeup remover is often described as the drugstore dupe of Lancome's Bi Facil makeup remover. It's a dual phase remover ie. has two layers, so you need to shake it up before use.

I really like this stuff because (a) it removes stuff in seconds, (b) it doesn't sting my eyes, and (c) it doesn't cause milia around my eyes. Most drugstore favourites like Maybelline and L'Oreal either causes milia or make me break out in a rash so it's nice to come across something which works well for me.

The only complaint I have about this eye makeup remover is that it sometimes makes my vision a bit cloudy. It's not a major biggie though.

Someone bring this to Malaysia already!

I forgot how much this is but it's quite affordable around the AUD 10 range. One bottle by the way, lasts for about 3 months.

I hate cloudy vision! But most eye makeup remover does that! Thanks for the review, I believe we don't have this specific product down here!

You can always buy them from Ryan (sgdrugstore) on lowyat.net. He has drugstore.com spree on a neverending loop so you can buy more if you want. I've bought heaps of stuffs from him before. As for Neutrogena Oil Free Makeup Remover, he has a 3.8fl oz version on ready stock, here:

And here's his spree page:

Hope that helps!

ps: I've been going back on forth on whether to buy this makeup remover or not. I mean, it costs more than the one I'm using now, L'Oreal Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. You may have just swayed me to try it out at least once. :)

It's available in Singapore, if you have any friends heading that way.
