Loving: Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Shadow Cremes!

Of late, I've been loving eyeshadows. I've been diligently wearing my eyeshadows every morning now, and I've discovered another love. Cream eyeshadows.

I mean, what better friend for good eyeshadows than a good eyeshadow base, right?

I first got hooked on Estee Lauder's Double Wear Stay-in-Place Shadow Creme sometime last year, and since then I've picked up a few more, with Mochachino and Pink Pearl as my latest purchases.

My morning routine these days now consists of slapping on a cream eyeshadow as base, followed by the powder eyeshadow applications. It works pretty well, even when you're running a tight morning schedule.

And I've been reaching for my shadow cremes quite a bit.

They're creamy (duh) and applying them with my fingers are really easy-peasy. They last pretty decently, but don't hold up quite as well as my MAC Paint Pots on my oily lids. After about 12 hours, I do notice some creasing, but nothing unforgivably major.

Pink Pearl: A sheer champagne pink. So pretty.

Mochachino: Looks brown in the pot, but swatches taupe-ish.

Antique Gold: True to its name, this one's quite a bronzey-gold.

At RM65 a pot, I think they're quite decently priced for Estees. All three colours are currently available in Malaysia, although I wish we had Cafe Au Lait and Butter Cream. I mean, just look at them here!

To conclude, I love them to bits! And I wished we had a wider colour selection in Malaysia. I definitely wouldn't mind picking up a few more.

Have you tried any shadow cremes?

Oh, I've been lemming after these when I saw it on lipgossiping too. Oh no... what have you done? You're crumbling my resistance. Pink Pearl and Mochachino are especially pretty.

I have Pink Pearl too. It's quite a good base. But it doesn't stay as long as UDPP.

Annette: Uhh.. yes, Liplossiping does not bode well for our wallets. Guess who inspired my Mochachino and Pink Pearl purchases? LOL.

lavender: On me they don't work as well as a proper eyebase either, but I don't really mind as they still hold out pretty decently at the end of the day.

I own one too but not too liking of it. Mine is in pink but can't remember the exact name. Within 1 month my cream shadow dries up and cakey when I tried to warm it up and apply on lids.. Really bad... I still prefer Benefit creme shadow which really long lasting
